Purposeful Coaching, LLC is a company that walks it talk. Coach Jennifer, is International Coach Federation (ICF) certified and embodies the values of the ICF which are: integrity, excellence, collaboration and respect.
Jennifer is certified in the FIRO Element B (FIRO-B) behavior instrument powered by The Human Element. Additionally, she holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP), and Balanced Scorecard Professional Certification.
Jennifer received a B.S. in Finance from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. She completed her Executive Master of Business Administration at Texas Woman’s University and her Executive Coaching certification from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her education combined with her experience help Jennifer bring a complete business, leadership and employee level perspective to her coaching clients.
